Primitive Future Offive is a research project that originates from studies carried out in recent years about the counterculture movements, the emerging open culture and the informal architecture. It wants to envision new possibilities for more open and nonhierarchical forms of design and for the new role that designers could embody. Today the myth of the open design has come up again: it is put to the test by a deep critical analysis through a series of dialogues conducted with researchers, artists, architects and designers who wonder about the future of the profession.
